Well I finally went and tried on some shoes for exercising. I workout at home on carpet so I typically exercise barefoot. Well my knees hurt when I am done. I purchased a pair of Nike Air and chatting with the gal she suggested an insert (PolySorb Cross Trainer) she let me try them on and run around the store with and with out them she said they would be good for helping with knees and shock and I have flat feet. So I am going to give them a go. Let me tell you how awesome the insert was. Anyone else do this?
They have a sale going on right now 2 for $89.00 The nike air alone would have been 69.99 so I bought a running shoe as well she said I could alternate between the two pair make them last longer. If working out at home how often do you guys purchase new shoes?
