I just got KPC today. I want to do it tomorrow and thought a premix would be better to start with. Which premix do you recommend for a first time kickboxer? My only experience with kickboxing is the kickboxing in BSS2 and a Tae-Bo a few times years ago.

Thank you in advance for your help

I just got KPC last week. I did it the next day in its entirety with no problems. There's a section in the beginning where Cathe gives some pointers. Overall, I thought it was a great workout, much easier to catch on to than some of the step workouts. Oh, I was getting mixed up with some of the punch, jabs, etc. I'm sure once we do it a few times it will be a piece of cake. She gets the hardest part over with in the beginning so don't get discouraged. I hope you like it!

hi, the first premix (cardio conditioning) is really easy to follow but i agree with ashley, it's very easy to get the moves down. just watch the instruction at the beginning if you've never done kickbox. don't kick so high if you're not used to kicking. but KPC is so much fun, you won't care if it takes a few tries to get the combos down. i did KPC this morning and it's 2:27 pm right now and i'm still fully energized and breezing through my work day! i love this workout!

:)

I did it today, and I don't think you would have any trouble with the entire thing as Cathe breaks everything down nicely, and she also explains all the moves very clearly.
