I've been trying to include the whole KPC workout in my weekly rotation and it still makes me sore the next day. Not bad sore, but sore like after I do Power Hour or ME.
Does anyone else experience this? Usually after I've done a workout several times the soreness factor kind of wears off. It really gets me in my mid back (which makes sense given all the punching), and today even my biceps and forearms are sore. I guess I'm just not used to kick boxing style workouts. I'm not complaining, just commenting I love the results it's given me so far.
