KPC kicks my a%% everytime!

I've been trying to include the whole KPC workout in my weekly rotation and it still makes me sore the next day. Not bad sore, but sore like after I do Power Hour or ME.

Does anyone else experience this? Usually after I've done a workout several times the soreness factor kind of wears off. It really gets me in my mid back (which makes sense given all the punching), and today even my biceps and forearms are sore. I guess I'm just not used to kick boxing style workouts. I'm not complaining, just commenting:) I love the results it's given me so far.

I love KP&C too!! It makes me sore in my mid back also along with soreness in my glutes and hamstrings too. :)

I'm getting less sore...this last time I was only sore afterwards for a day. The first time I was sore for several days afterwards.

The only place that this workout has gotten me sore is in my core region, the entire core region though! You know, back, sides and stomach, woo! I could hardly laugh after the first time I did this workout. Now I don't get as sore. Maybe I need to punch harder, because really my arms just have never gotten that sore, but same thing with my butt. Maybe I need to kick harder too. I still break a sweat and I'm dripping at the end of the workout, that's a good sign, right?
It's a great workout.

My arms are always sore after this workout. And I haven't yet done it in its entirety! I'm enjoying the premixes. It's my favorite Cathe cardio workout to date!

I thought my kickbox fever had completely waned. I was pleasantly surprised that my arms were also really sore afterwards. Love that burn.

I also like this one because it works the arms, legs, glutes and core without heavy weights, and also incorporates cardio. The only minus about this workout is that it's too long and one that I'll do only on the weekend when I have more time to devote to exercise.
