KPC fries my arms!

I did this one the other day, it's my favorite kickboxing workout and this morning my arms are fried! I haven't done weights in two days so I knew it had to be the kickboxing. When I do Cardio Kicks or CTX kickboxing I usually only feel it in my legs, but every time I do KPC my arms are so sore the next day. It's a good kind of soreness though. Anyone else notice this?
 
My arms must be stronger than I think because KPC doesn't fry mine and I even use 1.5 lb hand weights...or maybe I just have alot of fat to burn....:)...Carole
 
I just did this yesterday afternoon so we'll see if I get sore this time. I've done this workout only once before and I had sore muscles all over my body for a few days! I usually have DOMS so I won't know until tonight or tomorrow if I'll get sore this time.
 
I LOVE KPC! I always feel so accomplished after finishing this workout. I'm sweating like crazy, my upper body feels worked out, my lower body feels worked out, and my abs are fried too.

BUT -- for some reason -- my arms are a lot more fried from Cardio Kicks and CTX kickboxing. Has anyone else experienced this? My theory is that CK and CTX KB have a lot of arm-only drills...whereas KPC mixes in the legs and core a lot more. KPC is more kicking/punching combos instead of doing a whole bunch of uppercuts/hooks/jabs forever :)

I love them all, but I feel them differently.

I notice just the opposite in that my arms don't feel that worked after doing CK and CTX Kickboxing. Then again, it could be because of the pike work I do on the ball at the end of KPC. That just about kills me!
 
I love KPC, it's probably my single favorite cardio DVD ever! However it doesn't fry my arms. But I'm not doing it to fry my arms either I just want a good cardio workout. :) I think my arms are probably in better shape than my legs due to swimming.
