I did this one the other day, it's my favorite kickboxing workout and this morning my arms are fried! I haven't done weights in two days so I knew it had to be the kickboxing. When I do Cardio Kicks or CTX kickboxing I usually only feel it in my legs, but every time I do KPC my arms are so sore the next day. It's a good kind of soreness though. Anyone else notice this?
