Being inspired by some of you that like to put mish moshes together, I combined KP&C cardio conditioning premix (without cooldown and stretch) with Bootcamp cardio only premix this morning. It was about a 40 minute workout. It was a great heart pumper. Took me about five minutes to cool down and stop sweating my buns off!
