I'm only 23, and so when my knees started to really hurt (thank you high impact intensity in Hardcore }( ) I first tried new shoes, then inserts, then moist heat, then, of course, my mom. She's had trouble with her knees for years and her advice was to apply straight up peanut oil several times a day, and then moist heat if you can. She said if nothing else, my knees would stay soft this winter. So I tried it, and it worked like a charm. My knees might be sore after a particularly tough workout (i.e. I just started running with my husband, in addition to Cathe's Fat Loss Rotatation) but by the next day or a few hours later they feel so much better. I just had to share this advice. It's cheap, easy, and my knees are SO soft!
Best,
Mattea
