Still not back at workouts yet. I had an attack of either allergies or a cold or both. Not too bad, but just enough where I was exhausted and mainly wanted to sleep. So I did and now I'm getting back. I can feel the flubber in my belly though, I really want to get back tomorrow. Today was golf and it was good start.

KK, Oh, I hate that when it happens to me. Why does it do that anyway? You are doing great on your workouts. Good for you. I ate too much too the last couple of day. I think I've gained weight, but I don't want to weigh myself.Wow! Lost my entire post once again. Don't know why that happens. Goodness! In a nutshell today was anaerobics only from 4DS Bootcamp -- tomorrow is sculpting and each night I jump around on the rebounder. Ate way too much birthday cake tonight -- it was very rich -- made the icing with nothing but pure butter.
Janie, thanks for telling me it is coming cause I'll look for it in my box -- otherwise I don't always check it. How are your workouts going?

Jumped back into workouts today with a new short one...Level one of Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. It was fun and just the right amount for the heat and my energy level. Had a bit of trouble with the blood sugar today. Did not have my normal breakfast, so lacked the proper protein along with the carbs. That combined with the caffeine did a BIG number on me. I have not have that type of crash for a long, long, time. Better now, but still a little wobbly. Probably need water too.
Well, I'm off to hit a bucket of balls. Hope it is not too hot out there.

Janie, how are things going with you? I love the 4DS workouts -- I just can't do them right now as they are too long for me and I need the shorter workouts. Yeah, that B-day cake put it on -- I do get on the scale even when I dread it.And I've been eating it today, too. I really dread tomorrow.
Today was the Total Body Sculpting -- cause of the time factor. I'll probably jump on the rebounder as well, just to help the body not gain too much. Goodness!

Rhea, Great job on the workout, DOMS are nice aren't they?Karen - 30 day shred was pretty good. Level one was easy, but my calves are sore today! I don't know if it was from the Shred or a combination with the golfing. I'm going to stick to it for a while since it is only 20 minutes.
Well, off to workout before it gets too hot in the living room.

No no diabetes, but just have problems when I eat too many carbs and no protein and too much caffeine. DOMS is nice, but it is hard to walk...lol. It was from the workout; I did Level 1 again and about died with the calves. They are a bit better now, but I'm going to bump it up to level two tomorrow, so hopefully they will behave better and not "talk" at me so much.
KK, I bet the rebounder is a lot of fun. Doing half an exercise is better than none. Good for you. I can't wait for the STS Cardio tool It's going to be something.Today was HSC 1/2 of it and tomorrow I'll do the other half And then tonight, I was jumping again on the rebounder -- which is kinda fun.
Gotta get to bed early somehow even though it's kinda late right now -- so tired today.

Rhea, Hope you enjoy your rest day. So sorry to hear about your calves tightening. Use the foam roller, it really should help that. Also enjoy your golfing. I know you love it.Probably will have to take today as a rest day. Every time I sit, my calves tighten up so much I almost cannot walk!! I look rather funny until they loosen back up. So, just golf today with a lot of walking around.
How are you doing Janie?
