So I just started the December 03 rotation as someone suggested which worked out really good for me because I have all of the workouts taped from FIT TV, and I just purchased The Body Blast series (cause I want to own every Cathe DVD)............ AND OH MY GOSH ...I didn't realize how much time was cut off of the workouts on TV. KPC is 73 minutes???????????? I just did the workout for the first time Tuesday night (good thing at that time I didn't get the DVD's yet)..WOW what a tough workout!!!! I don't think I'll make it through the whole workout next time but I'm sure gonna try. Tonight is my 4th night of the rotation, it's Superset night......can't wait to get home!!!!!!!
 
I tried out Cathe's workouts on FitTv first too and I thought they were tough then. When I realized how much was cut out, I thought well, I have just got to get the whole things. Now, I realize they are really tough! KPC is one of my favorite workouts, well actually all of them are. ;)

You might one to hide your credit card or banish your debit card, because it will soon be smoking because you will find you have to have all of Cathe's workouts eventually!}(
 
KPC is an AWESOME workout. I find you get a great workout either doing the entire workout or selecting a shorter one from her premixes. I'm just as tired and sweaty selecting one of her 35 minute premixes as I am when I do the entire workout. Enjoy following the Body Blast rotation (I, too, am following it).

KPC is an excellent workout isn't it? I just did this yesterday. When I have this workout scheduled, it is one workout I can't wait to get out of bed in the mornings and do!!! :) :)

Step Blast is SO much fun! And KPC is so hard!!!!!! It will take a few times before you get through that one all the way. I still haven't done it. It's on my Monday schedule!
