It was a class structured Kickbox (KICK BUTT)feeling workout! It was the "perfect" pace for setting up the moves and then getting right down to business on the combos! Let me warn you, those drills are tuff stuff when you put your ALL into it,(no slacking here if you want the FULL effect) you will definielty need your ENERGY for these, they are very athletic(like bootcamp) This is not a workkout that you want to do if you are feeling sluggish! This is a workout that makes you feel strong so be strong the day you are doing it ;-) She has MANY cool moves in this workout that gets the whole body involved, so be prepared to take this kickboxing workout on in a new dimension! I am VERY happy to see this style of workout from Cathe, she was very martial arts savvy here while still maintaing her high level of intensity all the way up to the ab work! She uses the stability ball for upper crunches 1/1 then slows them down 2/2 then grabs an 8lb dunbell for woodchuckers(upperbody crunch with dumbell overhead-like a pullover-then into roll downs w/ the ball, reverse crunch with the ball where you hold the ball reverse crunch and touch the ball with your feet--then a ball exchange move that is TUFF and don't forget the pikes--Oh yeah and they are done slower 2/2 ;-) she does the right amount of ab work, it's a shorter more concentrated ab segment with INTENSE moves! This was brilliantly done in all facets pertaining to kickbox!Form was impeccable!! She simply amazes me, I'm still shaking my head at how she constantly puts out creative,challenging and intense videos! This Kickbox workout ROCKS in every way!!!!!
