Kick, Punch, Crunch - tonight - any reviews?

I would rather stick hot pokers in my eyes than do kickboxing but...
I LOVED THIS ONE! There are lots of combos to keep my mind busy keeping up... I will definitely keep this on on the top of the stack!
 
You will have the feeling that you are in a real kickboxing class. The drills are awesome.
Have a towel and a glass of water handy. }(
I'm going to keep this in my rotation for a long long time.

I really enjoyed this one! And, I think the more you do it, the tougher it will be. I didn't preview it and went straight into the workout. I was able to do it through but did feel challenged.
It is definitely a fun and empowering workout!

For me, the more familiar I am with a kickboxing workout, the more challenging it is. Once I know the moves, it seems like I can put that much more focus and energy into it. This definitely falls in that category!

I previewed this video last night and did it this morning at 5:00 a.m. It was great!! Very different feel than Cardio Kicks, but I found it equally as intense.

I think another poster commented that it is pretty easy to follow the first time through if you are experienced at kickboxing. Cathe has a lot of new moves in this one, like a hammer chop (??) that's really cool and intense!

I really like the last three combination with the upper body moves and lower body combinations. The last one I found especially intense!! It will take a few tries for me to get these moves right, but like Cathe says in another video, "if we got it the first time, we would be bored", right???

Overall, a great workout!!! I especially like the abs on the stability ball in the end. I had trouble with the move where you "exchange" the ball between your hands and feet. I also love the relaxing music in the end. I will have to stop myself from doing again tonight!!!

Wanda, You nailed it!

It was a class structured Kickbox (KICK BUTT)feeling workout! It was the "perfect" pace for setting up the moves and then getting right down to business on the combos! Let me warn you, those drills are tuff stuff when you put your ALL into it,(no slacking here if you want the FULL effect) you will definielty need your ENERGY for these, they are very athletic(like bootcamp) This is not a workkout that you want to do if you are feeling sluggish! This is a workout that makes you feel strong so be strong the day you are doing it ;-) She has MANY cool moves in this workout that gets the whole body involved, so be prepared to take this kickboxing workout on in a new dimension! I am VERY happy to see this style of workout from Cathe, she was very martial arts savvy here while still maintaing her high level of intensity all the way up to the ab work! She uses the stability ball for upper crunches 1/1 then slows them down 2/2 then grabs an 8lb dunbell for woodchuckers(upperbody crunch with dumbell overhead-like a pullover-then into roll downs w/ the ball, reverse crunch with the ball where you hold the ball reverse crunch and touch the ball with your feet--then a ball exchange move that is TUFF and don't forget the pikes--Oh yeah and they are done slower 2/2 ;-) she does the right amount of ab work, it's a shorter more concentrated ab segment with INTENSE moves! This was brilliantly done in all facets pertaining to kickbox!Form was impeccable!! She simply amazes me, I'm still shaking my head at how she constantly puts out creative,challenging and intense videos! This Kickbox workout ROCKS in every way!!!!!
 
I just received my tapes Monday night and was previewing K,P,C last night. All I could think was, "oh my gosh do these girls have some incredible legs or what?"

What actress was it that insured their legs back several years ago for a few million dollars? I think Cathe, Jai, and Lorraine should take out some insurance on their legs as well!

I loved the crew being only the 3 ladies for this workout. At first I thought it might be strange to have only 2 working out with Cathe but for some reason it worked perfect for this video.

Way to go Cathe!!!!!
