Kick, Punch and Crunch

Hello Cathe!

I am thoroughly enjoying the new series. I wanted to congratulate you especially on Kick, Punch and Crunch. Your and your crew’s form and enthusiasm are SO motivating. Although my hands are not taped like yours are, I think it helps me with MY form. Also, the soundtrack for this workout is shear perfection. It goes with the moves so well! One funny side note concerning this workout is that when it is time to use the stability ball, I am so drenched with sweat that I have a hard time not sliding off the ball. I have to practically wrap the ball with a towel for the first exercises!

Anyway, thanks so much for the great work!

Hey Teresa,

I have to agree with you. Cathe and crew have once again outdone themselves! Their form is impecable and the music is just perfect and so motivating.

My sister-in-law lent me KP&C until my DVD's are delivered. Although I haven't seen any other of the Body Blast Series yet, I know this one will be one of my favorites. One of my favorite segments is the low-impact hammer punches just before the kicking and punching drills.

And the core work rocks!

Hello Heidi! I like your name, by the way. I am really psyched about this workout because I don’t typically enjoy kickboxing that much. I will do it because I know that I need to crosstrain. But, I honestly look forward to doing Kick, Punch, and Crunch.

Oh, and Cathe if you see this, I want you to know that I noticed how really pumped up all your arm muscles are during this workout! You’re looking great as always!
