Kick, Punch and Crunch core workout!!

:D After doing KPC several times now I'd have to say this is the best core workout Cathe has ever done! Every kick, punch and crunch can be felt in the core region! Never a dull moment in this video or any Cathe videos for that matter. Way to go Cathe!! This one is a winner!!!
 
I totally agree. It is a fantastic core workout. I did it for the 2nd time today and I love it. With Pyramid upper body I had a hard time with the pikes because my upper was tired. On this workout, I have a hard time with the pikes because my core is sore by the time I get to this section. It is great.

Edited to say that my butt is also very sore from this workout.
