Kick Max - YOW!!

I did... well, I did more wtching than doing... Kick Max this morning and it is incredible! Very intense and an excellent focus on form. In other kickboxing tapes no one puts as much emphasis on actually going all out with your punches every time. This is going to be an excellent workout for me once I can actually finish the darned thing!!!!

Can't wait to watch/try more of the Hardcore set! :)

I agree. Did this one on Sat and my glutes are still sore!! The standing leg work WOW!! The blasts - uh well lets just say they got me good. I am getting better with these high intensity workouts and continue to push myself to do more. But for now I'll just continue to take a few more breaks than Cathe and Crew LOL!!

I did it for the first time this morning and it is 6 pm and my glutes are feeling the burn. I NEVER get sore working out to Cathe anymore but I have a feeling that will be changing with the new DVD's.
 
I have to agree i have over 70 kickboxing tapes, i waited a long time for kick max, but let me tell you it was well worth it, The best by far kickboxing tape i ever used. and my legs still hurting while sitting down, Keep up the good work and get some rest, And make another one.

I did a Taebo tape this morning (Taebo Total 2 Advanced) and I really feel like Kick Max was abetter work out (though it pains me to say so!!!) Cathe is awesome!:)
 
I did this one this morning. It was when I got to those blasts that I thought I made a mistake starting with this on a leg day. I finished out the whole thing though and then did Gym style legs. I I think this would be good broken down with the leg work on the end and MM Lower premix. I am working through my original rotation idea to see how it works out. These are great workouts. And I was a little stiff from I Max 3 yesterday. Tomorrow is Low Max for me.
