Kick Max vs. KPC...I already own Timesaver

Ok, Kick Max, it is, then. I just watched the video clips and it REALLY looks perfect--particularly the leg drills, as I noticed Cathe does some hip flexor work and that is one area I had some issues with earlier this Fall with my running. I need to strengthen that area and it looks like KM will do the job (and I can always alternate with the kickboxing/KPC workout from the Timesaver disc, too)...it really looks fun and hardcore, too!

I just did Kick Max today. It's not one I reach for often, but I'm glad to have it when I do. I use 1lb weighted gloves for the combos and that does make it more intense. I love the cardio blasts and I often tack this section on when I want to add intensity to a short cardio workout. The leg drills get you good. They're a great way to work on your form. I remember doing them twice a week for a month and I noticed a lot of improvement with my flexibility, which was great because I have back issues. This workout is very versatile. I think you'll like it.
