In a good way, but jeesh, they're sore! I did KM yesterday and when I woke up this morning, my lats were on fire! I've been putting a lot more explosive power into the moves lately and have been a lot more conscious of where my punches land and I think that's helping it be a much more effective workout for me. The combo where you do the block, block, hammer punch....well, ouch.
