Kettlebell circuits

Hi everyone :) I have a couple of kettlebell questions...
1) Does anyone have the vinyl kettlebells? I have a 25 lb vinyl kettlebell and it's MASSIVE... and very difficult to do cleans with. Has anybody got any tips?
2) Could you please tell me any kettlebell circuits you do (write down the exercises). I'm lacking inspiration, and I know many of you do kettlebells frequently.

I don't have a vinyl kettlebell so I can't comment on that.

I have tons of kettlebell workouts. Here are a couple of workouts for you.

10 reps of the following 4 exercises for 20 minutes.
1. KB Squats to Slasher (10 reps total)
2. Kettlebell Swings
3. Squat Thrusts to Kettlebell Deadlifts (using 2 kettlebells)
4. Kettlebell Thrusters (10 reps total)


5 Rounds
20 Kettlebell Swings
20 Kettlebell High Pulls
20 Alternating Single Arm Swings
10 Clean + Press Right Arm
10 Clean + Press Left Arm

4 Rounds
20 Kettlebell Swings
20 Clean +Press (10 L/10 R)
20 One Arm Swings (10 L/10 R)
20 Snatches (10 L/10 R)


Tabata
20 seconds work/10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds
Kettlebell Swings
Clean/Squat/Press
Jump Squats
Hand to Hand Swings
Squats

5 Rounds
40 seconds work/20 seconds rest
Do 20 seconds of work on each side

One arm row r/l
Step ups r/l (hold kettlebells or a med ball)
Walkouts
Kettlebell Push Press r/l
Kettlebell snatch r/l


The Kettlebell 300
25 V-ups
25 kettlebell snatches right
25 kettlebell snatches left
25 Push ups
50 Kettlebell Swings
50 Burpees :eek:
25 Clean and press right
25 Clean and press left
50 Mountain Climbers r/l

I don't have vinyl kettlebells, either, but I would suggest maybe investing in a lighter kb...25 is pretty heavy for some exercises.

And I don't have my own kettlebell circuits to post, but I highly recommend Paul Katami's workouts: Kettlebell Drills and Kettlebell Kombos. Love him!

I have the pink vinyl ones ( don't laugh) but
I only usually use the 15 lber for presses and snatches. 25 usually for swings although I do need the 35 by now.

I still follow DVDs and today was my first intro to Newport. o_O
Made it through it but did modify. There were instances where I just stare at him thinking,"Why?!" Providence is so much nicer!

But I survived it! AOS definitely has great exercise selections, I'm spent but feel good and strong.

It will go in the rotation. I recommend it!
