Eats were really really good this weekend - and I am feeling very lean this morning. Workouts were not so stellar, though.... I am way behind on lifting.

I am getting ready to hop on the TM for about 40 minutes and I will figure out a plan for the week to get all my lifting and running in.

I am only working Mon - Thurs this week, and then we are headed to Kings Dominion on Friday - Collin has never been to a theme park, so we are really excited. There will probably be no workout on Friday morning due to all the walking later in the day.

Morning Kate! Now that you are home, I hope things with you will be a bit more "regular" hahaha! I have been meaning to ask you about running - glad to hear you are going tonight w/Laura.

Run was ok, but my pain is NOT gone. I am going to call the Dr back today and get the referral to the sports med guy.

Clean eats all weekend also but no w/o. Not sure why.

Morning! I did 4DS LIS this morning, including all weight work except the calves. My calves are still killing me from last week's LL and GS so I will wait and do them tomorrow with the rest of the 4DS leg work. I also added on the LIC blast only premix.

We are getting and keeping it together this week! Good workouts! Clean eats! We can do it!

Kate: Glad you have restocked the produce- I can't manage to stay on track if I don't have it, you know?

Katie: Phooey on the pain! I wish it was better- good for you for committing to a good week despite that.

Robin: Hey, clean eats are great even without a wo- you've had a big week this past week so no worries. You needed a break.

Gotta get the kids breakfast- BBL.

I'm in! Vacation is 3 weeks away and my butt needs work! Not sure what my plan is for the week-gonna check out my options in the Rotations forum. Nothing else on tap for today other than cleaning. Hopefully we'll get outside-it's going to be beautiful-just like a Monday, right?

Katie, yay to a short workweek! Can't wait ot hear your lifting plan-maybe I'll steal it!;) We're going Michigan Adventure when we go to Muskegon-they have a waterpark and a theme park-first time for the girls too!

Robin, thanks for posting your breakfast! I need to boil my eggs:) I didn't workout yesterday either-spent the whole day shopping for furniture online for the girls room redos!

Patti, nice job! I think I need to incorporate two leg days into my training too.

GRRR to that pain! That stinks. Hope the sports med will help. Frustrating. Mike has various pains from running but he definitely started out too fast. He's scalingback now.
Oh, and I meant to say have fun Firday with Collin!! That's going to be so much fun! As much as I love having a baby you do miss out on fun stuff like that. We're talking about Disney for December but if I am pregnant I wouldn't be able to ride anything - total bummer. There's definitely something to be said fr having older kids!

Busy day here at work, and tomorrow I have to go to downtown Detroit. Oh joy. Not that I mind going, I just mind the traffic and construction. But my meeting isn't until 10 AM, so hopefully I'll miss most of the traffic.

Well I have started Insanity!!! I did my fit test today and I did better than I thought I would even though it was harder than I thought. I added CTX Back and Chest. Tomorrow I do plyo circuit - I hope I make it. I am adding in CTX weights this week to supplement my workouts.

Kate-the nurse at my ob's office told me a remedy for constipation..thought I would share it with you. Put a couple teasponns of Milk of Mag in 1/2 cup of Dr Pepper. She said in nursing shcool they called it "the bomb". I have not tried it yet, so far lots of fruit has helped me...fresh pinapple in particular. Hope things work out soon!

I am the fresh fruit/veggie queen, drink tons of water, am the fiber queen, and I exercise. Not sure what else to do. Just my makeup I guess.:confused:

Klaudia: The twice a week legs thing- nothing leans me out faster. I've been doing it for about 6 weeks now (you know, pre RT panic) and it's worked again. It does wear me out though- I have to change it up when I get back.

Colleen: That's terrific that you did better than you thought on the Fit Test. I can't remember, are you doing the rotation as is or adding weight work?

Took Max on a 40 minute walk so I think my exercise quota has been achieved today.
 
hi everyone, and thanks for the b-day wishes. i wish i could NOT have a bday today:( movers came and my house is in shambles. i am at my mom's with aidan right now and finn is in school. we fly out thursday, and dh will drive down and meet us sunday. i am sad and emotional and a bit of a wreck. however, my mom has hi speed, so at least i can keep up with you all. and boy did i need it today, as i was reaching for cookies prior to reading this thread. cookies are now away!:cool: my workouts will be garbage for the foreseeable future, which totally stresses me out. i did however do all my lifting for the week yesterday and this am, so that is good. i also did a brief elliptical this am for some cardio. i need to run the next few days before i go to fla without dh, b/c cardio won't happen then for sure. and stress eats, well, if ever there was a time.... i can be stronger, right?

kate, sorry for your "problem." i am wayyyy too regular. i think it is the fiber 1 cereal. ever had that?

anne, did you settle on the condo? did they accept your offer?

klaudia, def try to lb days a week, though my guess is your backside is just fine. ikwym, though.

katie, sorry for the continued pain. do you still have to take the pain reliever? that is kind of scary, and frustrating i am sure. great job with the eats!

colleen, can you tell me about insanity? what is the premis? i am intigued.
