Is it or is it not one of the most tedious, boring workouts ever!? I did it once and hated it. Thank goodness I discovered Cathe and ended my misery!

Yes, it was so boring. I went nuts out of frustration because I didn't enjoy it. There was too many repetition. I was not impressed with the guy either. I know some people enjoy the work out but for me, nope. I need something like Cathe or Gin Miller to keep me interested.

I won't lie --I keep this tape to ogle Michael Olajide!! I did about 10 minutes of the workout three years ago and haven't used it since. One day I'll try the jump rope drills --they're brutal. I couldn't get through 3 minutes WITHOUT a rope!;-)
