Hi Jamie! In a perfect world I would love to sleep 7 to 8 hours a night and preferably be in bed by 11pm to make that happen. But life, as well as life's changes, if you know what I mean, seem to be preventing me of that right now.
Right now I am on a vicious cycle of insomnia and get anywhere from 0 to 4.5 hours a night (and boy do I look and feel it)!!! I have taken subligual melitonin tablets to help get drowsy and they do help. Every 4 days or so I will get a night of 6 to 7 hours and I am am so focused and chipper. I'm on a mission, and am mapping out a plan, to have more of those nights
