Just urban rebounded for the first time.....questions

I REALLY felt it in my calves and the front of my legs. I only did a 15 min learning workout and about 5 min into it, the balls of my feet started aching and it felt like a toe or two were going numb. After I was finished, the balls of my feet tingled for a minute. Is this normal? I really like it and I'm assuming my feet will get used to it. Thanks!

I used to rebound and when I first started doing it I found it quite uncomfortable and even painful in my legs/feet. I did get used to it though and was fine after the first time or 2.

HTH! :)

I'm trying to put some spring in my step

I tried a couple of 45-minute rebounding classes for the very first time last month. It was quite the spectacle with me trying to balance on the bed and 'get my knees higher!!' as urged by our fearless instructor :) Of course there's always the option of taking it down a few notches when needed. But yeah, I hear you about feeling it in calves and balls of my feet. I'm not able to attend as often as I'd like, but I'd really like to improve on the routines in the coming months. It's been a great change of pace for me. Along with spinning and aquafit, it's a good complement to my weekly gym visits.
