I was jsut shocked to wake up this morning and see all this mud-slining back and forth. This is the last thing i expcected on this board. "my number before you number", "i should get the gift b/c i waited a year and you only a few months", "i paid for this shipping". Are you getting what you ordered????!!!????? then what's the deal? i am just outraged we are attacking each other in threads that i though were about being happy to recieve the dvds. i chose to cancel but i still like to share in the happieness with everyone and their thoughs on the new ones. my goodness i believe everybody will get whats there, remembers sometimes where you live has an effect on how long its going to be shipped, b/c you know humans work at UPS too. as for the "gift", if cathe wants to give it to everybody, than what's the big deal as long as you get your "gift" for sticking it out who cares what cathe decides to do with everyone.

i really hope ppl will understand that they will get what they ordered but can we please get back to being the happy cathe board again ;(. i came back to i really do miss posting but with all the excitment and anger, i am afraid to post anything b/c somebody might take offense or they just don't care what i have to post b/c its not about the new DVDs

I agree, and it is making me sick! All the screaming over what nnumber order, and bombarding SNM with these questionsx( :eek: I even had to respond to some to relax, and be thankful! A handful of people are annoying, and when they realized their DVD'S are shipped, their tones changed, I was disgusted! Be happy that you have your health, and can workout!
Hopefully, this will all blow over soon!

I've totally stayed out of this so far, mainly because I am one of the evil disloyal people :p who cancelled her preorder (because I knew I would be moving, and since we had no ship date or even filming date, I didn't want it to slip through the cracks when I changed addresses), but I wanted to chime in behind you Kassia. ITA!!! As Jeanne Marie said in the other thread, it honestly boggles my mind that grown women would care, at all, if someone else got a free gift that they got too! WTF?! I mean so much for generosity of spirit!! Frankly I'm thrilled for my sisters and brothers in Catheland who are getting their DVDs and free gifts!! You all have waited a long time and I hope you enjoy every second of the sproinging and boinging and sweating. Wee! Have fun!

I totally agree with the above posters. I did not discover Cathe until March of this year and was busy collecting her previous stuff and did not pre-order until August of this year, but I'm appalled at the selfishness of some people. I understand that people have been waiting a LONG time for these DVDs, but when some people act like little children with the whining and complaining, it ruins the overall happy mood here. It's true that a few bad apples can spoil the whole lot. I hope we can all get back to being civilized adults soon :) I don't like it when my children act whiney and selfish, so I usually enjoy coming to a place where I can act like an adult. I just hope that environment returns soon!

I guess my TOTAL shock is because these nasty posts are from people who have had the option MANY times of cancelling! Talk about not taking personal responsibility.... geez. Its my pet peeve about personal responsibility.... Cathe & crew have done NOTHING wrong (except if you count keeping us informed every step of the way)... FREE CHOICE: Cancel and never do a pre order again if you cant handle lifes natural little bumps!

Oh yea--they're on the attack over at the VF Forums, too (wow, what a surprise). The same couple of people are posting over there and here about freezing on the new DVD's and are already complaining about the reply from SNM which, if you read it, seems very reasonable to me. All they ask is that you try your DVD in another player so they can ascertain if it's really the DVD or the player. This is a valid request as my DVD's often "freeze" in my cheapo DVD player but play beautifully in my computer.

I think everyone needs to get a grip.

Ditto what you said Michelle. It never ceases to amaze me the sense of entitlement people seem to develop. I took some time off from here a couple of weeks ago . . . looks like I need to take some time away again because HONESTLY I have more important things to spend time worrying about and reading about. Cripes, it's getting to be like nursery school here.

I agree!!! I can't believe all the posts from people saying that some shouldn't get the free gift. I would just be happy to get a gift at all. I don't like all the whining and negativity. This is my first post on this subject and last. I am sure Cathe and staff are working hard to get all the orders out. They don't want lots of whining people emailing and posting questions about when they will get there order. They are working hard!! We will get our orders when they get here. Ok, Now lets all play nice!! HAHA

Yeah, I saw those complaints and thought "Here we go . . ." It just MAY be your DVD player!! Get over it!

My goodness. Get a freaking GRIP!!!!!!! After losing a very dear friend of mine a few weeks ago my perspective on life has really changed. There are so many bigger things to bitch and gripe over. It's a WORKOUT DVD!!!!!!!
 
Amen fellow Catheites!! I feel the same!! But I feel we are preaching to the choir. I wish some of these naysayers would read these responses and have some sense knocked into them!

I totally agree. I read some posts yesterday and then just shut down my PC so that I didn't respond in anger to some of the absolute WHINING that is going on. You know what, though? Poor Cathe. She absolute CANNOT seem to win. Here we are ON HER BOARD that she has GIVEN TO US, after giving us everything we asked for and more with the new workouts, despite a serious, almost career-ending injury, and what do we do? Carry on like a bunch of five year olds over why shouldn't I get a gift, where the *&^^ is my package, what do you mean I have to WAIT!, someone help me RIGHT NOW blah blah blah.

It's ridiculous.

I sincerely hope some people here get their packages soon so they will busy themselves with the workouts and spare us from their crybaby ways. Ugh. I suspect next time Cathe isn't going to even tell us she's filming until the things are ready to ship, and who could blame her?

AMEN marie!!! maybe that will be cathe's next plan, but remember when she starts filming i don't think the pre=order discount will be as big as they were this time around. i wouldn't mind personally but than it would a whole new thing for someone to complain about. its really a double edged sword but i am glad she was able to come back from such an injury and make these DVDs especially DRILL MAX omg!!!! all that jumping i am surprised she didn't re-injure herself with that workout LOL.

This is my first time replying to any of the new DVD issue complaints and I really haven't because it seems so silly. My overwhelming thought is that I realize that fitness is a big part of our lives, but there should be other things going on in these people's lives as or certainly more important than waiting for workout DVD's to arrive. You'd think they are waiting on life support for a new heart or liver or something. Maybe distract yourselves with some volunteer work. . . .
 
Apparently some people need to get a life. I hope they don't ruin it for the more patient peeps out there.
