Just ordered GS!!!

I'm so excited... just ordered the GS series and can't wait to do them. I'm starting to enjoy weight work so much more than cardio... maybe I should join the I hate Cardio group!

Enjoy them!! I just got my series and did them. I have the PLB/PUB, S&H series (haven't done these yet) and Pure Strength Series and have like those, but I now know what everyone means - I just absolutely LOVED the GS!!! Not sure what it is, but they are great! You will love them!

They are my favorites. Like the music and they are the toughest on them all.
You will love them. I get the best burn from the gym styles. I use the others for a change then go right back.

Thanks! Just did about 40 mins on the treadmill, just so I'd be nice and warm for PUB, one of my faves.
