Just got back from Doctors

I took my toddler into the doctor today and we are looking at ADHD with maybe some other disorders also, we now have him on Aderall and from what I saw in the car today droping two dogs off to new owners it was a day from HELL LOL sure hope it gets better, today was only the first day on that. He is a sweet boy. Yes I am feeling alot better and eating and threw away all my garbage and though out my behavior and it was not a good one for me or my kids and I am getting help for all that also. I am sooooo sorry for being such an ass earlier LOL sorry for my language but that is the best way to describe me LOL.
will have to run going on a bike ride with my son, have a great day all.
For anyone who has kids with ADHD or ADD a great book that has helped me some is called "The Explosive Child" It gives great help.

Hi,

I know what you are going thru. My six year old son has recently been diagnosed with early onset bipolar. ADHD can mimic this disorder in alot of respects too. I hated that my Alex was diagnosed with this but he is much better with medicine.


Edited to add that the internet is excellent is finding out info for yourself and what to ask the Doc.

He thinks he might have Biplor with ADHD but too early still to tell he said to me since he is only 4 so we are just now starting with the meds I have been looking over the internet and trying to find support groups also.
