Low Impact Circuit or StepSweatfest or HISM or KicboxXtreme, I have to many I could go on and on. It kind of depends on what has me feeling down.

HLX/APX premix. I burned over 1000 calories with this workout but you need to have the time to do it.

Imax 2 that's how I discovered and fell in love with Cathe on FitTV. After that I was hooked.

I don't know what workout this would be cause it's hard to feel pretty when your all sweaty, but I always feel more confident and strong after a workout and that makes me feel pretty.

Which workout do you do when......

Imax 2 or Step Blast (I don't have Cathe's really older ones like RS)

2) You overindulged at your favorite restaurant the night before?

Of the ones I own (I don't own the newer series but I do plan to get a couple of them soon), probably the BC/ME Combo, doubling all of the cardio segments (I've done this before & it's KILLER!)

3) You feel like spending some time with a really hot dude?

Navy Seal Stamina Workout (Scott Helvenston was one HOT dude... but sadly, he was killed serving in Iraq...)

4) You want to feel tough?

Navy Seal Stamina Workout... "pain is weakness leaving the body..."

5) You want to feel really buff?

I love lifting weights, especially upper body, & it always leaves me feeling strong & buff so probably ME (those evil biceps!), PUB, or the PUB/PLB Combo

6) You're feeling nostalgic?

The Firm Time Crunch Workout (yep, used to be a Firmie & still use this workout on occasion) or Lowmax... my first Cathe

7) You want to work out but are low on energy?

Hmmm... maybe a Cardio Coach because once I get started, Sean always gets me going! Either that or something like SS, PP, or LIS...

Gosh... maybe yoga or pilates... or a dip in our pool on a hot day!

**For me, since I started with Taebo, anytime I want to do a "throw back" video Billy does it for me.

**I guess anytime I ever do Pilates...which isn't very often. Something about it makes me feel graceful. Although, I feel darn pretty when I'm lifting weights too!!! :)
