Just finished my STS rotation!

I just finished my six month STS rotation. I'm very excited about using gym styles along with STS for a new rotation and really kicking up some cardio (which I haven't been doing as good of a job with).

I told myself I could buy a Cathe STS T-shirt when I finished. Now I have to decide--yellow or blue?
 
Congrats! :) That 6-month rotation is a long haul, isn't it? I did 3 months the second time around and enjoyed that even more.
 
Congrats! What an accomplishment!

I haven't done STS yet, in fact I don't even own it yet, but I'm excited to start it some time this fall or winter.
 
CONGRATS! Awesome job!

I own STS and started it but didn't even make it through Meso 1. :(

Hope to re-start it sometime this fall/winter and complete a 3 month rotation though!

Thank you fellow Cathletes! I liked the 6 month rotation for the first time through because I felt like I picked up the routine better--especially in Meso 1 which is so quick-paced. I think I'll do a three month rotation next time. But for now, I'm going to alternate a week of gym styles with a week of Meso 3.
 
Congrats, on finsihing the 6 month rotaiton. That's fantastic! What are your results from the 6 mon rotation? Mixing the GS's with M3, sounds like fun.

I am doing this now. I did Meso 3 last week and GS this week. I am actually following a rotation that Cathe had made up. So far I am enjoying it.

I didn't keep very good logs of my weights so it is hard for me to say exactly what the results of my six month rotation were in any quantifiable way. I know that I can lift heavier and that my legs feel a lot more toned. My arms look pretty good and I've gotten a few compliments on how they have some definition. I'm pretty thin, so I didn't see any weight loss or inches lost.

I did the first gym styles DVD this Monday. Those 72 push ups were killer.
I think I managed about 55-60 of them. But I did them boy style. When I started STS, I struggled to do the push ups in Meso 1 on my knees. So there is definite progress!
