Wow this is one tough, but fun workout. Cathe has put in so many new and different exercises that the time just flew by. It starts out tough with leg presses, and I'm glad they're at the beginning because they are my least favorite }( . Then she moves on to all kinds of tough standing work that just use dumbells and some that use no weight (look out for explosive lunges-I almost fell over during those!). Then there is a section of standing leg work using the ankle weights. These were super tough especially the standing leg extension. It reminded me of the Slim Series if you are familar with those workouts. Last of is the leg work lying down. The first one in this series is the hamstring leg lift off the high step. (Just like PLB off the ball) Again these are my least favorite so I'm glad they're first. She works your glutes, inner and outer thighs really well! There's one exercise that also works your core (it's sort of like a side plank with a leg shoot in and out) I ended up collapsing during that one. The stretch is wonderful. Cathe and her crew take their shoes off and it seemed nice and long to me. I especially loved it because of the song Linger and I love the Cranberries. All in all, I LOVE this workout and I haven't even investigated the dvd options yet. Amazing work Cathe!! Heather
