Just did Boot Camp/Bi & Tri workout!!!

Boot Camp w.o. = FUN! There are 12(!) intense drills, yet short & lots of fun so the time just flies by. Love it!

one note: on the last drill the pace of alternating standing to run & going to the floor for push ups is pretty quick & i felt my shoulder pop a bit, so i decided to do the push ups on the step to facilitate the up & down movement. It really helped.

The weight work is also intense with many short segments to keep it going. I went a little light since it was my 1st run thru, but i'll probably up the weight as i do it more often. Get ready to get out those 20/25/30# dbs you never use (at least i don't).

This uses practically every piece of equipment i own, but it's a great, fun, challenging workout!

Did you have any difficulty doing the drill where she puts her hands on the step and butt kicks over it? That move looks awkward to me. I can't wait to try this one, but it's a weight day for me so I'm going to do one of the premixes instead.
 
Not really - it looks more complicated than it feels. But, it's a "goodie".

I just did bootcamp for the first time today. I had trouble keeping up with Cathe's reps on the buttkick thingy cause I was alot slower so I ended up doing less reps then Cathe but I think with practice, that will improve.

EXCELLENT WORK OUT!:)
