Just interested in how many of you go to the gym and/or work out at home. I started off with a gym membership and then started with Cathe to have something to do on the days I couldn't make it to the gym. Over time, I've aquired all of the equipment used in her workouts (dumb bells, bar bells, bands, etc....) and I've almost completely stopped going to the gym in favor of working out at home - I work two jobs at the moment and just want to go home at the end of the day! . My gym membership is coming up for renewal in a month and I'm wondering if it is even worth renewing. Is it possible to stay fit just using the videos and doing the monthly rotations at home?
