Just a little gushing

I was so, so excited to get my XTrain DVDs! I am now on day 5, and I am pumped!!!! I have to get up at 4:15 to get my workout in, AND I have a baby who is still nursing a couple of times a night, so needless to say I am tired in the a.m.!!! Well, I did not want to do it today, but I did All Out Low Impact Hiit, and I found it to be so, so much fun! I loved it. I am not finding this program to be as difficult as To the Max, Crossfire, or even your HiiT workout with 30/30, 40/20 and Pyramid, but that is just fine with me. I am getting an incredible workout, and there is NO dread factor whatsoever. I LOVE how you did not repeat any of the exercises. Your music is FANTASTIC, and your cueing and words of encouragement are perfect. YOU are amazing, and you are incredible at what you do. I am faithfully following your 90 day undulating rotation. I LOVE it so, so, so much.

I feel so connected to you because we are about the same age, and mother of boys (I have 5- oldest 14 and youngest 1 year), and I have been working out with you since '96.

What a beautiful post Jodi...I need to call you Wonder Woman!! You have an infant and you are nursing yet still getting up at 4:15am to workout while still being a mom of F-I-V-E. WOW!!!!

So happy that you have been working out with me this many years too. Keep on riding the XTRAIN! Awesome to see your enthusiasm! Happy New Year!
