JUNE: Give PEAS a Chance

Hey Ladies!

Yesterday was CRAZY! Play date for my youngest - sore teeth for my oldest - and, a hair appointment for me thrown in for good measure! It was go, go, go all day!

Thanks so much for the recipes - I will be incorporating them into my meals this week - I have got a couple to share with you as well. Tomorrow starts a cool down for this area (if you can call high 80's a cool down)! So - maybe I will be more hungry!

Just about complete on July rotation - now, I have to figure out how to post it to our thread because I did it in excel - I will just figure it out!

Today is a rest day...pork tenderloin and apple feta tossed salad for dinner.

Still sweatin' buckets here, even with a little cool off, still 80's & hot! Practiced more of Rythmic Step, it's deliciously tricky with the footwork, oh, BTW Donna, if you want to make the Bean Salad kid friendly, you could use bigger pieces of cucumber & tomato, or zucchini, double up on the lemon or lime juice, nix the onions & garlic unless they like that, and call it "Snow in Summer", funny I was just thinkin', would kids like this? (you could use millet, or rice if you don't have the quinoa) I'm sure you know what they would like! :)

I'm not a big meat eater but pulled pork BBQ sandwiches in summer always get my attention. ;)

I tried to think on that Stace, no luck, that's why I asked you...:) But I think summer is always fun, so give that a thought.
