jumping on the barre wagon

i'm getting pretty burnt out on TT and traditional lifting so i'm jumping on the barre workout wagon. i have physique 57 and still haven't used it; the same goes for pure barre. so tomorrow is the start of my 4 month barre/yoga/cardio workout.
monday:30 min interval cardio, 30 min yoga
tuesday: p57 or pure barre
wednesday: 30 min interval cardio, 30 min yoga
thursday: p57 or the squeeze
friday: 30 min interval cardio, 30 min yoga

i'm really excited to do this rotation. my body definately needs a change.
 
Just another viewpoint--love P57 and never clicked with the Squeeze DVDs and ended up trading or selling them.
 
I enjoy the P57 workouts, Cardio Barre, and the Squeeze workouts. I'm on a barre, classical stretch roll right now and it makes me feel so, so good!

ok, got about 20 min into the workout and turned it off. it was just driving me crazy. yes it was challenging and i felt my muscles work but i just couldn't get into it. i ended up doing a TT circuit workout for the remaining 20 min. Now that i have experienced good results with TT in less time, i'm having a hard time reverting back to other workouts. I think i just need to take a week off for rest and recovery. At least i tried it. I felt the same way when i tried the squeeze. I just can't get into them for some reason.
 
What is TT? I am trying to think of what it would stand for but not coming up with anything! So you got great and fast results with it?!
