July RTers Check-In Thurs. 6/26

Good morning everyone. Just got done doing S&H biceps and triceps. I tried to go up on all of the weights and now my arms are fried but that's a good thing right??? Gee how am I going to clean my bathroom this morning?????

Yes, Bev, fried arms are a good thing, mine sure were this week after PUB.
 
Good Morning Road Trippers,

I'm following Cathe's June rotation also and have PLB on tap for today. I'm super sore from KPC yesterday. I'm always amazed at how sore I am after that workout.

So Jerry, No rapping this year?? LOL! I'll be with you in back as everyone else performs their talent. I have absolutley non of my own.

My plan was to already have done GSBSB and the step segments from IMAX 3, but I am waiting on a computer service man to come see why my computer is randomly shutting itself down. I'll definitely work out after he leaves!

Well I did step blast with no warmup and no stretch was running late for work lol :). I can't believe how busy it is here today!!

No workout for me today. I took a much needed rest day! Tomorrow I plan to do 4DS Upper Body.

Hello! I feel guilty checking in since I just polished off a bowl of ice cream which totally negates 4DS KB that I did today! Oh well - must've needed the calcium! 4DS UB sounds great Colleen!
