4DS HI w/chest & back for me.
First time I've done it all the way w/o using mix & match. I didn't realize I have never done the warm-up to HI. Liked it.

Tami, I love that workout! When I did the 4DS rotation I was pumping out more pushups than ever before. I find I do LIS/HIS cardios a LOT!

I really need to take it easy today so I'm actually going to forsake a DVD and go to water aerobics tonight with my sisters. We make it more intense by acting like total goofballs all thru it. We are the youngest glas there by at LEAST 30 years!:)

I did 4DS shoulders this morning and not sure what cardio I will do this afternoon. I need to try doing HIS before the Road trip! Maybe this week.

Hi,

Today will be Low Impact Circiut. I'm anxiously awaiting the July rotation for tomorrow. I can't believe we only have 24 more days!! I better start cracking that whip on myself.
 
Good Morning July RTers!

Back from the Florida vacation. Had a good time, but got a little sunburned.
Can't believe it's only 24 more days until the RT!! YAHOOOO!!!

Today I am starting the May 08 rotation. I ran 3 miles, did GS BSB, 4ds LIS step and abs. That was a long workout, but all fun!!:)

Tami--Thanks for starting the thread today.

Kate--I used to take a water aerobics class at the gym when my leg was injured. A good non-impact cardio workout.

Bev--You need to try 4ds HIS step. It's a fun one.

Carolyn--I'm planning on LIC cardio Wed. Enjoy!

Bev, I can't believe you've never done HIS - that's one of my absolute favorites! I love the double cardio premix on that dvd.

Carolyn, I like your tag line! I need to remember that!

Gin, So glad you had a good vacation. Ours is in 2 weeks (condo on Lk. Michigan) and we can't wait! Then I'll be home for 3 days and off to RT!!!

Kick Max low impact for me today. I am hoping for a July rotation from Cathe by tonight..if not, Muscle Max tomorrow.

I really like seeing what you all are doing for workouts! I did the cardio portion of HIS,(love that one!!) Gym Style Ba,Sh,Bi., and The stability ball abs segement of Butts and Guts. Some of the music in HIS reminds me of last year's roadtrip. It gets me really pumped!! Take care, Nancy J.~~
