Good Morning RTers!

Today I did PLB, PUB abs and The Method 20/20 pilates.
Just enjoying the summer!:) I teach school and my childern are grown, so I become a bum in the summer!:eek:

Nancy--mmmm chocolate!

Jerry--Are you sore today from PUB?

Gayle--100 pushups?? You ARE a maniac! Sore, perhaps??

Katie--Last year I took just one day off to rest before the RT (Friday) and was fine.

Fitladydi--I love my running buddies. It's fun to visit while excercising. But, most of my friends do not exercise on a regular basis, if at all.

Kate--5 months pg? Congrats!

Hi Gin just checking in my name is Diana everyone calls me Diane and I have to correct them and say "no Diana like the Princess" I didnt really feel like calling myself fitprincessdi on these forums so I changed it to fitladydi anyway I am taking it easy because of an illness I have a Dr's appointment later I may try a yoga dvd today when DH goes to work he hates it when I am sick and still work out but I just cant sit here I'll go crazy.
 
Gin----YYYEESSS!!!!!!! A good soreness, though, I think...is it natural to be able to fry an egg on your shoulder?? Burn, baby, burn!

Today I just completed a 4 mile walk/jog interval. Cathe's rotation called for a Step tape, so I had to come up with another form of cardio. Tomorrow is KPC, my favorite!

I am checking in again. I didn't wake up early enough this am to get in a workout so trying to figure out what to do tonight yoga or cardio. I am not always a fan of cardio (love the way I feel after) so like to get it done in the morning so I can choose what if anything want to do that night. So tonight was thinking KPC but not sure if thats what I will do lol. I am in my BIL's wedding this coming Sunday so a little stressed. Can't wait till the day so can enjoy and then hopefully get back to a normal life and no obligations besides work and working out hehe :)
 
Hey guys! Happy afternoon!!!

Gin-I'm disappointed to say that DOMS are not as present today as I had hoped! Maybe next time I should doo 150!!! lol

This morning's workout for me was LIC cardio premix, plus the blast only premix. Then Core Max with the med and stability balls. Tomorrow is LB weights and I'm in the mood for a real REAL HEAVY workout. So I may configure myself a Body For Life Pyramid for tomorrow.

Hope you all have a great afternoon! I'm headed out the door in 30 minutes for our usual Tuesday neighborhood pool gathering.

Hi everyone,

I tried S&H legs today. It was good but I still feel like I need some floor work so I will have to work that in later in the week. Since this is a non cardio day for me, I will do a segment of Stretch Max this afternoon.

Can't wait to meet all of you!!!! I hope someone else is staying at Residence Inn. But I'm assuming the hotels are next door to each other so we can all hang out together????

Hi Guys,

I can't believe I haven't seen this check-in before today. I'm super excited for the road trip.
This will be my second road trip. Last year was a blast and I can;t wait to see everyone again (Gin, Erin, Jodi,) and meet some new people, many of whom I feel like I already know from these forums (Gayle, Kathy G, Jerry, Allison, Heather )and many, many more.

Today I did a double workout of PUB and Lowmax 4-7 intervals. I'm so tired but feel good.

I hope to see you all on tomorrow's check-in.

I missed this yesterday, but I'm glad Gin started a daily thread! Today I did GSC&T. I tried to lift a bit heavier, so we'll see if I'm sore tomorrow.

I just started Debbie's (fitnessfreak) Leg Blast Rotation with some variations/substitutions for DVDs I don't own. We'll be out of town a couple of times, so I'll just run on those days because that's easy. I'll probably work in a little more cardio than she has included.

Looking forward to getting to know you all a bit before RT.

Looks like everybody is doing great with the workouts.
Gayle, I cannot even fathom doing a regular pushup right now, let alone 100 or 150! You go, girl!

I did Bar Method Designer Sculpting today and tonight I'll do some Classical Stretch while DH has his lifting time.

Better go make dinner or we'll be eating cookies. Wait, maybe I won't make dinner! Cookies sound better!:p
 
Hey ladies!! Workout for me today was PUB, a little sore this evening, but not too bad.

I am thinking of a rotation starting next week and going about 3 weeks until the road trip that would have me doing about 30 mins of cardio 5 times per week, paired with s&h one body part each day, then two lower body endurance workouts each week. I am a little scared of it, but looking forward to a challenge!
