July Road Trippers:

Happy 4th of July! :7 I am starting my fitness journey afresh and anew this morning with Rhythmic Step and warming up for the Road Trip after a one-month vacation from workouts. Oh my! I had a severe relapse with binge eating in June and hit my top weight again, but I have faith that I will bounce back from this. I am very resilient! :)

I am celebrating my spiritual birthday. I have been a believer for 10 years this morning. I am looking forward to a fun day with friends and fireworks downtown tonight. I hope to enjoy the pool too if I can find a swimsuit that fits. ;-)

I have never attempted one of Cathe’s workouts at this weight and size and especially after a sedentary month. It will be interesting to see how my body responds to this. It is time to blow the dust off my step and lace up my Nike Shox Rhythmics!

Morning Heather! Welcome back to the Cathe-fold;)

Yesterday I didn't check in, but I did a five mile run in the evening. This morning I got up and did Tracey's Strikezone. Love it! I need to do some ab work later.

I did 4DS Kickbox this morning. What a way to start the day!!!

Heather, I was so happy to see you on here this morning. Have fun with Rhythmic Step. That is one of my faves. And just think-in 3 short weeks we will be doing step with Cathe herself on this very day!! What more could we ask for???

Good morning all & Happy 4th of July!!

I have a 3 day weekend which allows me more WO time. I finished my 4DS series with LIS, Shoulders,Calves, and Core. I was still feeling some energy so I tacked on HIS (cardio only). I seem to have trouble with the choreography on that one. I'm good until the 2nd blast. Did better today I think.

Not sure what we're doing for the 4th. Relaxing!!

I plan to tackle Boot Camp this morning, while my crew at home enjoys sleeping in on this rainy morning.

Today I did a kickbox mish mosh....KPC w/u, abs, combos 123, KM combos 234, leg drills and stretch.

So great to see you posting again, Heather. Welcome back! We have missed you! Happy 10th anniversary and enjoy RS!

I did Tracey's HISM2 w/ abs this morning. Boy was it a killer. Looks like everyone has good workouts for today.
