A full sized step with three or four risers under each side.
A chair with no side arms (for seated exercises)
A fitness mat
Various weighted dumbbells ranging from 5lbs up through 35 lbs.
I know what you mean. I keep finding more to download! I did Lower Body Bootcamp and now I need the Upper body Bootcamp that goes with it!Watched it! Great class...and great companion to previous Burn Sets Back,Chest
