Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday July 2, 2020 at 9:15am EST we’ll be doing “Burn Sets: Biceps and Triceps. Get ready to pick up some heavier weights and slow down the reps. You’ll have 18 alternating bicep and triceps exercises (9 of each). We’ll be working in a controlled 8 to 12 rep range for each exercise (for the most part). Have a variety of handweights so that you have options to quickly switch to heavier or lighter if needed. It will take a couple of workouts to find your perfect challenge so have a notebook handy to jot down your weights. I’ll be trying to find that perfect weight right along with you.
Equipment Needed:
A full sized step with three or four risers under each side.
A chair with no side arms (for seated exercises)
A fitness mat
Various weighted dumbbells ranging from 5lbs up through 35 lbs.
