Good morning everyone...

Thought I would start us off and say hello..Not sure what I am going to do today. I need lots of cardio after that meal last night. The sodium is making me feel bloated!!

I will be back later to "see" everyone and check in with my workout..

Drink tons of water , hopefully that will flush all that sodium and get you feeling better.

I have decided to do HSTA today another circuit day for me.

It's Friday

Good morning ladies!
I hope today will be an awesome day for you no matter what you do. I'm heading out to the gym so that I can do cardio coach and than do some writing for an upcoming deadline. I need some technical help...how do you invite individuals to become fitness friends here? Until next time,

There's nothing like Mexican Food to make you feel bloated :eek: But it's soooo goood....

Vilma- Have fun with HSTA today! (One dvd I need to invest in)

I just finished with Drill Max (had a really good workout today...better than last week's DM Cardio!) and is also the last day of Fitness freaks summer '08 rotation...woo hoo!

Just a quick check in. I am headed to the pool for swim lessons with my munchkins then lunch, then back to the pool for more frolicking then I will come home and do L&G.

I have to make this fast because I know I am going to be late for the meet and greet tonight. But Cathe's Step class/Upper body was awesome today!!! There was soo much excitement and heat in the room that the lights and radio shut down in the middle of our workout(it was a blackout) but that didn't stop us from steppin.Cathe put back the music and we were going a little bit in the dark(we all could still see the step)I think I was smiling throughtout this whole workout. We all got to meet with her afterwards and she is so petite,pretty and so nice. I got to meet Beth today she is super sweet too.It's so funny how everyone comes up to you and says hey aren't you nurse34? Gotta go talk to you girls later on Sunday. -Lisa P.S Saw Cedie too but have not got to meet her yet-She's tiny too!!
 
Hello Everyone! Well, today my ankle is feeling MUCH better! I have a great feeling that next Monday (in August) I can start working out. I think I will be following Cathe's Butt's and Guts Rotation and see how that goes for me.

ShyWolf: Which one is HSTA? Hight Step Training? Good job :)

Pinny: I love DM! It's so much fun! That's one of my favorite DVDs :) That's great that today was better than last time you did DM.

Nurse34: That's so awesome that you are at the RT! I hope that I can go one day so that I can have that experience and meet Cathe and the crew! I bet it's such a wonderful experience. I hope you and everyone who is over there have a great time :)

Lisa: How exciting!!! I wouldn't have cared about any blackout either. Glad you got to meet Cathe. Did you get any photos? If so, can't wait to see them. Glad you also met up with Beth. I know you ladies are having an awesome time. Enjoy the goings on tonight!!

Ivy: Glad you are mending...It would be killing me to not workout. I love to excercise. Hubby thinks I am addicted to it. I may agree!! HAHA It feels so good after it is over!!

Becca: We just got back from the pool too. We were there forever!! The kids had some friends over and were having so much fun.. Have a great workout later...I need to do some housework or exercise...I did some this morning. But, it wasn't enough!!

Iris: You are so right. I am feeling a little better. Took Vilma's advice and have been drinking the water!! I did drill max recently too. I like it better as it was filmed. Just the cardio part is tough!!

Justine: Have you figured out how to invite friends? If not, you click on there name and that brings up there page. Scroll down to their friends list and click on befriend whoever..Then, that person has to accept you as a friend. Much like you did for the ones that asked you already... How did the writing go?

Wow, I don't nearly have as many DVDs as everyone else but it it doesn't matter too much since I think today is going to be my rest day. Hope everyone has fun with their workouts! :)
 
Kathy: Thanks! My DH also thinks I'm addicted to working out. I love working out. It's killing me not to be able to workout right now. I can't wait till August so that I can start working out again, lol.

Hottiescientist: Don't worry about not having too many DVDs. One day you will have tons. I remember I started with Cathe Imax 3, then within 2-3 yrs, I've achieved to have almost all of Cathe's plus others (I have about 200 DVDs, LOL! Talk about excersise addict, lol), but my favorite is Cathe. Enjoy your rest day :)
 
Hi everyone!! Just checkin' in seeing how everyone's doing!

Nurse- I'm so jealous you are at the RT! lol I can't wait until next year now....I definitely know I won't miss it!

Laparez-I really did a number on my knee (from running in older shoes) back in April...and I thought I would kill someone from not being able to workout for a month! However....I did do upper body every few days! At least it's something?

Kathy- I'm glad you are feeling better!
 
Pinny: Wow! I can't believe I didn't think of that!! I can just workout my upper body for now until I can get back on track! But, do you think that maybe I should just wait till August since I'm going to start a rotation, or just do upper body now? Thanks so much!
 
Hi everyone just checking in to see what everyone did today...I did Circuit Max. Then it was out the door to Boston for a little day trip. Things didn't go as planned because we couldn't get on a Duck Tour. We still had a good time. :D

Nurse: I would love to be in shoes right now at the RT maybe next year. Keeping my fingers crossed. I am hoping to get to know more people by this check in that I will feel comfortable going. My sister works out with Cathe but she would never go.
