(Thanks for letting me know what it meant). I think today I will be doing a workout that doesn't involve using my foot, lol. Maybe a pilates on the floor. I have to check my library and see what I can do today

Also, this morning I started tracking my calories, etc. We'll see how that goes.

They are my truly favorite! I do like weight workout, but I love more step (Cardio). How about you? I see you did TJ today! They are lots of fun. I sold mines a while back and now I regret it.
Here's my morning breakfast log:
2 Hard Boiled Eggs
1 Kashi Pack Oatmeal
1 Cup Orange Juice
1 Tsp Hot Sauce ( I thought this was better to add on my eggs, then salt, what do you guys think?)
Total for everything:
Calories: 410
Sodium: 15%
Carbs: 54g (17%)
Protein: 23g (35%)
Does that look good? Other then calories, what else do I need to keep track of? Like Sodium, carbs? I'm kind of new to this and I'm so confused. Also, how do I know how much of carbs and protein I should consume for my weightloss?
