Rest day for me today...want to get 2 good strong weeks in before the RT..here's my rotation for the week....

Monday...KPC

Tuesday...Muscle Max entire work out

Wednesday....walk/jog

Thursday....Boot Camp cardio

Friday...MM entire workout

Saturday...Kick Max

Sunday...rest
 
Hi July RTers!

Today was my rest day and did Baron Baptiste's yoga, Unlocking Athletic Power.
Here is my plan for this week:
M-3 mile run, GS BSB, HIS step, C&W abs
T-GS Legs
W-run,IMAX3, CM2
Th-GS C&T
F- run,Terminator Xtreme,(w/out weights)
S-MM
S-yoga

Hello July RTers

Today was leg day and I did work out #5 on the time saver dvd from
the Body Blast collection.
This week I am taking it day by day, I really want to burn fat and gain definition with out any muscle or strength loss.

Mon. I am teaching step class at the studio.
Tue. Upper body of some sort

Thats all I've got for now. Will check in with more once I figure
it out.

Jerry and Gin your rotations look awesome for fat burn and muscle
gain. Gin, run and IMAX3 and a core max!! You go girl!! I usually
just flop on the floor after IMAX3!! :eek:

T- 4DS Bi's & Tri's - Imax 3
W - 4DS Legs, 4DS Bootcamp
T- 4DS Shoulders & Calves, Bento KBX premix
F - Bento Hi/Lo Knockout
S - Hardcore Extreme Interval Circuit
S - yoga

Saturday's workout may change but that's the plan for now.
