I did Ripped in 30 this morning. Its a 36 minute circuit, including the warmup/cooldown. It was ok. Not too bad. She uses 3 minutes of compound exercises, 2 min. of cardio, and 1 minute of core work. In retrospect, I could have used a higher weight, so next time I will go for the 5 pounds instead of 3. I just didn't know what to expect and I didn't want to be crippled tomorrow
I might do some yoga tomorrow. I thought I had a seminar, but it looks like I won't after all.
