I did an extreme oldie, Kathy Smith's Fat Burning HI/Lo workout was a hoot. I just got it in the mail from Collage. I had ordered Jillian Michael's 6 pack Abs, Shiva Rea's 'More Daily Energy', Kathy's Fat Burning Pilates, and her 'Fat Burning Classics." Its raining out there. If it dries out in the AM, I will go for a joggle, but if not, then I can do a Cathe workout from the LIS series.
I'm working on watching my carbs and calories. I'm adding more veggies too. I have some cooked broccoli, turnips, and rutabaga in the fridge. I went to Sizzler today with my Dad and a colleague, I was good, I drank water, had a small steak and some shrimp with broccoli. I didn't get the salad bar and I was glad that I hadn't because otherwise I would have been too full. I ate being over fed.
Tricia- I forgot to buy the neti pot! I had heard about Coach Sean, that is so incredibly sad. The wind has been very cold here too.
Jane- Thats a great workout! Its always a trick for me to remember not to work so hard that I can't walk for a couple of days. I usually don't feel it in the workout but rather the next day (doms I guess.)
