I'm home now.
Monday: I did Low Max. Then I drove to SF. I barely made it to class. I had to pay 30$ each day to park.
The Mac Tech class on MS Office 365 was so full of information that I had a hard time keeping up. The instructor spoke really fast, just this side of an auctioneer. I learned a lot.
I ate dinner at the 'Hot Spud' which is a place that is like Subway where they make your jacket potato however you like right in front of you. I got mine with shrimp, corn, black beans, and chipotle sauce. It was super tasty!!! I stayed at the Days Inn on Lombard St. The parking was free, the staff was nice, but the stairs were very scary! So narrow, it was just the side of climbing a ladder, so next time I will ask for the disabled room.
Tuesday: Got up early. Didn't sleep well due to a flashing green light in the room. It was horrendous. In the AM, after I got everything out to the car, and I drove to class, I realized I had forgotten my pillow

. I called the hotel, and they said they hadn't found it

. I guess they couldn't tell the difference between it and one of theirs. I had breakfast at a place called Pescatore's. The young lady that waited on me was so very nice, she got me in and out in under 30 minutes even though it was a sit down restaurant. I had a green smoothie and a 2 egg breakfast with house made rye bread, sausage, potatoes, and 2 over easy eggs. They even had real butter. I couldn't get around all of it, so I left the potatoes. I had to get to class.
I passed that 'getting familiar with MS office' accreditation exam on Friday, boy was I surprised by that. I was guessing
Class was chock full of networking on the Mac and on the internet. They served us lunch: barbecue beef, barbecue chicken, salad, rolls, muffins, and two kinds of pie. I just had 2 oz. of beef, a 1/2 piece of corn on the cob, and a tiny roll. I was still stuffed from breakfast even though it was 2 pm before we ate.
There was even a session about Command Line. Long about 2 pm, my brain went on walk about. This was when I realized that attending the Conference in the fall was unnecessary, because I do better with about 1 1/2 days of information, then I need a break to absorb it all.
What should have been a 2 hour drive was a 4 hour drive due to traffic right on Harrison St. Once I got on the bridge, it wasn't so bad. Sheesh. I left about 6:30 pm, I got home at 11. My brother Catton had warned us about that and I forgot.
I went to the Apple Store today with my Dad to get his ipad replaced because the docking port was misbehaving and sending erroneous audio signals out the dock even when it wasn't plugged in. They replaced it for 50$ because we have Apple Care.
I will workout tomorrow. I'm leaning towards Step Fit but it might be one of the other Classics. I have to put away a ton of laundry first. I have switched to a cup of coconut milk before my workouts and its working out very well (see, I thought I was funny, workouts, working out well

)
Tricia- I can't do a workout if I don't have enough fuel in me to do it. I like german chocolate too. I have yet to find the perfect recipe, maybe its my chocolate supply that needs investigating. Your ice cream tasting sounds delicious!
Jane- I think the most I have won was 5 bucks.

It cracks me up to buy a ticket when I know I won't win. What a lucky guy to have won 8 mill!!
Yeah, isn't funny how attached we get to cars, its like they are pets.
I like frosting too, my favorite is meyer lemon cream cheese or a really good chocolate frosting.
