My Mom is 82, and wants a cellphone. She gets confused easily by anything remotely technical (this isn't due to her age, she's always been that way!) so I was thinking of a Jitterbug One-Touch phone.
This is the kind where I set up a phone list on anyone that she could possibly need to call, there's only 3 buttons on the screen, and there's an operator just in case. I think the dial phone would confuse her. Does anyone have one of these, and are you happy with it? I see that they are Samsung phones, so I trust that, but I'm wondering about the customer service, operator, etc. Thanks!
