Question for doggie people...

He's driving me absolutely batty because he HATES being in a crate if the door is shut. He'll climb in and out of it and even snooze in it as long as the door is open, but the minute I shut it, even if I'm standing right beside him, he starts howling. Poor little guy made himself sick this morning when all I wanted to do was to keep him from getting wacked on the head by a pedal stroke while I did a Spinerval workout. Any suggestions?

I hadn't been on the forum for a few days (tax time took a toll on me ) but had been thinking about you and Jimmy.
Those pictures are just ADORABLE!!!! I miss having a puppy, well, maybe not, just thinking about all the chewed up shoes, .........
