I did all the workouts this week though, and am heading in to the final week of the rotation. (I was at the in-laws and unable to get on the computer much)!
I am also interested in trying the BB and IS combined rotation. But I might also start this rotation again when I finish it at the end of the week. I'm not sure yet... but I am sold on rotations now. It is so much more motivating knowing what workouts you will be doing in advance. It makes it easier to complete them.
