I received the teaser workout with my Tony One on One. I did the workout twice last week. It's very intense. I burned 150 calories during the 10 minute warm-up, and a total of 400 in 41 minutes

Just curious! I thought I had seen your name over there on the cathe sts thread! I am pretty sure Jessmomof3 is on the runner's thread and is now my P90X coach. I had hoped to start today but with graduation,company,etc, think I'm going to have to wait another week. Hoping P90X will get me through the summer and by fall I can get sts! Woohoo!!!!!
