Good morning fitness folks...
Yesterday wasn't too bad. It helps that I love KM. My legs were feeling a little like lead when I started stepping though but I finished it.
Today is MM and I'll be doing that for the first time. I previewed it last night to get my weight selections sets. It looks pretty intense. There seems to be a lot of low ends in that one! OUCH!}(
As I look at the w/o for today, this is one day I'm thinking "how am I going to run after MM?!!
" I think running afterwards is best so I can give my best effort to MM and I'll be all warmed up (fried that is) for my run!
How is everybody else doing?
