It has been years since I worked out so much.
The last time I worked out that much was September 2013 I had 15 workout s for the month.
Usually I average 4 to 8 per month.
I am looking slimmer.
I wish I had weighed myself before so that I could see the difference oh well.

Lucia A CIA2201 STRENGTH EXPRESS w Mindy Mylrea ( I used 3 & 5 lb medicine balls)Body Bar/she uses paper plates for lunges, push ups. Tough planks! I heavied up on the weights.

Lucia A Cathe ICE Chiseled Lower Body Blast Basic premix # 1 61min - Cathe is outstanding as usual. Good workout I kept up 95% of the time.
