Happy New Year Everyone! Ok, no more excuses...party time is over and if you are like the majority of us, you have between 3 to 7 pounds to work off. Lets get busy}(

WEEK ONE:

Monday....IMAX 2

Tues....Bootcamp

Wed.....Cardio Kicks

Thurs.....Step Jump and Pump

Fri....Imax 3

Sat...Muscle Max

Sun...Off


WEEK TWO:

Monday....50 minute run. (first 20 minutes steady state followed by 30 minutes of interval running)

Tues....Maximum Intensity Cardio

Wed....Muscle Endurance

Thurs....4DS Kickbox (cardio only) followed by 4DS Bootcamp (cardio only)

Fri.....High Step Challenge

Sat....Rhythmic Step

Sun....OFF


WEEK THREE:

Monday...Interval Max

Tues....High Step Training Advanced

Wed.....Indoor or Outdoor Cycle for 50 minutes plus Coremax Segment one

Thurs....Legs and Glutes plus 4DS Bootcamp (cardio only)

Fri....Kickmax

Sat....Body Max 2

Sun....OFF


WEEK FOUR:

Monday....Butts and Guts

Tues....Drill Max

Wed....Low Max

Thurs....IMAX 2

Fri....Kick Punch and Crunch

Sat.....Cardio and weights

Sun....OFF

Bonus Burn: Do this once a day (but not on your off day) at any time of day that works for you. Do the sequence as fast as you can with total control and no rest (unless needed). No sloppy moves. Now drop down and give me some }(

BONUS BURN:
40 push ups
40 dips using a chair or coffee table
30 alternating back lunges
200 crunches

I followed your Nov. using the 4DS workouts and loved it!.

What can I use you guys instead of Imax 2 and 3? I have the original Imax--whatta doozy that baby is!

The original (it's on the same dvd as Muscle Endurance). 60 minutes of great circuit work and fun music!

Happy New Year everyone! Two things: First, can someone suggest a substitute for the original Boot Camp? It's about the only Cathe that I do not have. Second, should I get the original Boot Camp? I already have Muscle Endurance so I could never justify paying for it again. But my sister gave me a $25 gift certificate for Christmas, and now I am considering just biting the bullet and getting the DVD of both. Is Boot Camp worth it? Any input is greatly appreciated!

I think the original Boot Camp truly is worth it. It's one of my all time favorite Cathe workouts. It's great fun, it works your entire body in an hour, and it's a toughie! I love it.
