This a picture of Jai and Kate in HiiT Lower Body Circuit. There are two HiiT circuit workouts in the Ripped with Hiit series. This workouts' focus for the weight sections is on the lower body, while the other circuit's focus for the weight sections is upper body strength. Both workouts mix HiiT cardio with strength training circuits and were some of our most requested videos in our suggestions forum.

Oh my goodness! I love that you listened to us! I know we all said we loved the way Cardio leg blast was done and plyo leg was done, weights with Plyo or HIIT in between for the upper body and you did just that! I can not wait to try this workout and I can alternate the days I do them! That will make the rotation easy to make up. Thanks!!
